About a month ago I went to see if I could get an inspection done on a Michelin tire I had blown out. I spoke with Braden (sorry if I'm spelling wrong) but anywho he was a younger gentleman with a mustache. He pretty much knew exactly what I was talking about. I had called Michelin to see about getting this tire prorated because it was not that old. Braden was able to help me through the whole process quickly and was able to speak with the Michelin representative in order to get me a discount on a brand new tire. We took care of our invoice, and my car was taken care of the next morning in less than a hour. Thank you Braden for taking the time to help me out. It's customer service like this that sets service reps or service techs apart. Keep it up 👍🏼💪🏼👏🏼

Mike was very patient and great with explaining all my options and was empathetic with me thinking through my options. To preface also I was the only girl there that when ordering the tires. However, I heard one of the guys at the front I heard him say “Daddy can’t save you every time”. Whenever I told Mike that I needed time to think about my options and ask for advice. I think it was either James or Joel who said it. At least wait until I’m out of the room to say what you want. I’m sorry I went to a trusted source for advice before spending hundreds of dollars. 🤠🫠🙄 please be more considerate of your customers cause they’re people with stories and lives. This is coming from someone who works in sales and with patients. Brendan was also very helpful in explaining my alignment and how it works.

Super helpful With tire choices. Even able to replace lug nuts and windshield wipers! Able to accommodate in less than 45 minutes. Great friendly service from all the employees!

The team as this particular Discount Tire are great. They made it super easy to get an appointment setup, they were ready for me when I arrived, and even though it seemed the entire city of Plano was there that afternoon they got me out as fast as they could with excellent service. The store manager was out there putting on work too (on my car as well 🙂). I also got to see them interact with a lot of other customers and they treated EVERYONE with respect and made sure everyone got on the road safely.

Four some reason every time I visit Dallas I get a nail in my tire. Luckily Discount Tire is a great option. Pulled in and I was out in 30 minutes. And thanks to Daniel for expediting the service and calming me down! Will always use Discount Tires for my car issues
